cid lock new 621 stuck in bootloader mode

Last two days I have read all the threats in this forum for my problem but I couldnt find any solutions.

I bought my unlock s621 from compusa about a month ago and I have tryed to upgrade it two days ago. Duiring the upgrade proces when scale %3 it stoped to active sync connection.

Later I learned from this forum that this happened because I had to cid unlock before upgrade but I didnt know this before :)) I chrashed original wm 6 rom.

Then I read all about treats which about this issue. I opened phone in three color bootloader mode with pushing camera buton.

I have try to learn my cid id like what write here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=379318

My phone didnt give the cid id with this method and I have tryed this one and http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=379622 this one didnt help. I used several windows computers and many times.

I have tryed to install all official roms in here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=381726 but non of them help. All going to %3 and then say wrong id error 270 or 262 etc.

I learned that there is no way to unlock cid under bootloader mode I have to find original official rom which device has before.

I can't learn cid id so I dont know what was before.

Just I know when I was do hard reset to old wm6 rom was starting spanish.

Questions;

1. Anyone know that which rom can recover this phone?

2. Is there any way to cid unlock it in bootloader mode which I didnt find it.?

orb3000 Thank you for replay I have read all wiki but my device has turned to three color mode after first errror 270.

As I learned that device is not connect to activesync in three color mode. SDA and USPL- CID BYPASS unlockers are need actvesync for connect and unlock to device. Or device need original rom which what was before for live and connect to activesync and unlock.

Do you have any idea connect device to activesync in bootloader mode?

You can install a Official rom.
After unlock your phone.

Connect your phone to your PC, while he is in thebootloader and flash it with a official rom.
You don't need to connect with active sync.

I wrote htc and they said according to serial number my device came from spain I treid last official spanish rom many times with different computer but it comes just %3 then turnoff. It gives wrong ID or something like that.

Even I tried change rom version other than to 1.30.515.1 (This is the my device rom version which I tought)

I did it with some of rom cook tools (By the way I get more knowlage how to rom cook:)) But this time it gives error again not wrong ID but something different.

So I am looking for official spanish 1.30.515.1 rom or tool for unlock cid under boot loader without activesync.

Don't connect your phone with USB cable to your PC and take out the battery.
Put it back and your phone restart.

İt is not open, hard reset or soft reset just three color connection.
