Activesync problem :(

hi everybody
i installed nataly rom but after that i cant connect diamond with pc with activesync. i try everything but result is nothing. :( so i cant installed new rom or application. what i have to do solve this problem. i try to format but not solving. pls help me

does your diamond recognise your pc when u connect it? does the usb2pc box pop up? if so try reinstalling active sync or wmdc :p
