Weak signal strengh with new Radio

Hi there,

I've a XDA Orbit 2 from O2 Germany. A few days ago, i flashed my rom the first time.

I installed HardSPL and then I installed WM6.5 by TranMinMah but i wastn satisfied whith it. Then I chose bepe 0.67 Opera Edition. Shortly after, I recogniced, that I need a Radio driver, so I installed Polaris Radio 1.64.08.21. It all worked but my signal wast as strong as before. No signal in the train, weak in my home. Normally, I get a very strong signal. I decided to flash to Radio 1.58.26.20 but i dont recognice any changes.

Can anyone tell my, which radio to use or what to change to get a stronger signal?
