That theme changed the border around the clock to blue, and the clock looked more stylish. I can't remember wether the theme changed the clock or just the blue border of the black rock and republic theme. Any ideas?

I cant/never used B4PJS ROM coz i own a HTC Wizard and am a cook for it, i think i might have never seen his work :o so SORRY!! maybe you can ask the ROMs COOK he must give you the theme :) ENJOY!!

would anyone happen to have the transparent taskbar and softkey bar from the classic blue theme? i ask because most of the colored themes apply some colored variation of the taskbar, and if can just rename the file appropriately and drop it in windows to have the fully transparent bar no matter what theme, that would be awesome. thanks

I guess its no file that makes them transparent but its the registries tht do so :) but still i would prefer some1 else answer who knows more then me about the WM6.5 Themes :D

I have solved the issue with the background in the carroll theme, but I also have the same issue with all the other themes with ROM build 21820. Is there any solution?

the issue may be the format of the original background. most themes use a .jpg format but if the original was a .png it will not be replaced or vice versa. i placed both versions (.jpg/.png) in my themes to cover for this.

I don't know if I have explained good the issue. The thing is that the windows for example when I click en setting/today, before build 21815 the windows was completely white, after 21815 the color has changed and the background of the window is little bit darker, only square to mark option is in white

Unpack it to the windows folder and try your themes.
Also you can change the graphics to customize your themes. I've already made a black one.

i've been trying to figure out how to cook in a theme or use autorun to load a theme but no luck.

UPDATE: i found the custsk.exe file needed to load the theme of your choice during autorun! see attachment. here's what my config.txt file looks like:
LOCK:Enabled
TSK: \windows\ibrythill.tsk
XML: \windows\Provisioning.xml
LOCK:Disabled
RST: reset

what about WM6.5 theme which looks exactly same as original htc with green hightlight, but this version would have new WM6.5 look, nice hightlights and so on...
there is one theme like this, but the green is not really htc green - i mean green like highlights in manila, maybe also blue (if someone using blue highlights on manila 2.1)

Once i start using a rom on that build ill look into it but the roms available on that build and higher are unstable!

this is a cause by the CUIHandeler, that rom is using the standard windows mobile menu system. Unfortunately i havent got the key to hand to re-enable the HTC menu system, i do however have it at home.

i picked the selector from windows the edited it to a lower one and put it back... end up with it's not working at all... u can see it in the pic i attached... is it nt working that way or i have to do some work with "signed" or i just make it toooo small?

I'm using a ROM based on 23047. It's very stable and finger friendly. It has the buttons at the bottom and this latest has some nice ones (see attached). My only problem is that most of the tsk files mess up my black theme. I'd used M Carroll's but it doesn't support the new bottom task selection buttons. You get the buttons but only as plain text. Using Rock and Republic I get the buttons I like but it also gives me red/burgundy highlights on the menus, etc.

Does anyone know where I can find themes for the new ROMs? I'd really like to have one that supports the bottom task bar buttons with corresponding black menus.

Does anyone know how to change the size of Combo boxes? They're massive in 6.5. I use my phone in Landscape and if there's one, there's half of the screen gone.

I theme Vista and Win 7 and i can tell you now that replicating these themes for Ful versions of windows will be INSANELY hard if you want a proper skin including boot screens, welcome screens and logon screens browser/explorer buttons etc!!!

the themes on WM and simply png's and they are referenced through the registry, whereas on full windows everything is embedded in dll's and exe's!

Although i can ask someone if they will have a go. personally i havent got the time!

If you're talking about the last image where you have it circled. Then you would change the RadioButton________.png images. I think there's like a total of 6 in all. In your tsk under the registry settings you have to make sure that you have included them there as well.

how to change space between lines?
I just bought SE X2 wm 6.5, I see the different from 6.1 on space between line of words in menu or option on softkeys.
On WM 6.1, the words in option/ menu are close to each others and it looks nice (I think) because it only takes small parts off the screen. on WM 6.5 it takes alot of space and often takes whole screen only options from menus.
the font size is fine, but the space between words it soooo faarrrr.
I've tried to change font size on sktools or ACT, yes it change the font size but wont change the space.

how to change that? any registry to edit? or something?

Don't know if some experienced user reads this thread still, but its worth a shot.

Why haven't anyone answered those who said that the Classic Black theme was not working? Cause its not working for me also. I install the sdkcerts and then apply the tsk. As soon as i do this, i loose the transparency in top and bottom bars to some fugly grey and red ones. Also, every friggin visual aspect is set to classic mode, like if im using winmo 5.

Every win 6.5 default theme i have works fine (transparent bars, titanium, colors, etc...).

I just wanted to clear this out, cause i find weird that the file has been downloaded over 12k times, and it seems to be ok for everyone but a tiny group of people.

Also, when trying the alternatives (Pure Black v2, Black Dragon, BlackMagic, Black Carbon, and some more that i don't remember the name) i get the transparent bars alright, but i then get what i found out to be called the "grey bug", with every single one of these (m.carroll even said that this bug have been fixed already). Well, obviously it haven't.

Using Samsung GT-B7300 (B7300XXJC2) aka Omnia Lite (Portuguese factory unlocked version) with Windows Mobile 6.5 Pro (21887.5.0.86).

Any answer would be appreciated ;)

Hi. how can i change the windows default theme to my own? i mean, list of programs. i dont want to see the user guide, and callendar etc... so how can i change my own theme? or is there any way to create an icon?
