Hi all,

When I use my GPS software (Sygic Drive) my pda turns off the backlight of the screen even if the software is designed to avoid it...

Is there any way to solve this? I can disable the backlight countdown option in the settings menu, but if there is another way it could make me very happy ;)

If your gps software can't take over Windows Settings, the only way is like you said. Turning off the option in Power Save. I don't have that problem with iGO8 when on a route. if used as Map only, showing my location, it goes off. I haven't tested Live Search or Pharos with this last build(21202). Unless one of the Registry Guru's might have a registry edit to solve your problem. Good Luck, I know your frustration. I had it with iGO8 till I found the setting to keep light on.
