is there a way to silence the incoming call (or any software) while the call is coming. I cannot even seem to use the jooger to lower the volume :(

which ROM are you using? depending on which it is, it should say "Silence" as the left softkey option, and once you hit that it will then say "Answer"

give it a few more hours, someone else may know of a trick, but all I can tell you now is to try another ROM, like Ricky's Rose, which does what you're asking it to.

I'm using kavana's ROM, and I just triple-tap the JOGGR thing.
I found out by luck, I guess.

I was wanting the same thing because for the kavana 6.1 rom, there's only answer and ignore as the call option, and the joggr tap doesn't work if the phone is locked. However, I downloaded the call screen from the Rose rom, which I think looks better than the regular calling screen that comes with kavana and it gives that option as well as being able to hit 'send text' to ignore the call but also set up a text message that says that 'you're busy' for you to send. You can always just pick up the call by just pressing the talk key without having to silence the ringer first. I've found it to be quite efficient. Below is the thread that I found the link on. Hope it works for ya! :)
