How to put a skin on my HTC touch pro?

Hello,

I have my HTC touch pro for 1 week now, and I'd like to get another theme/skin on it( now I have the ugly Vodafone branded red clock etc.)
I've read about it here, and I've selected a skin that I liked. Unfortunately, I haven't got a clue how to put this on my phone.
Can someone help me with this. I've used the search option but I couldn't find anything clear enough for me (I'm quite a noob regarding this kind of stuff:o)
