installed wisbar and then the en vga. but nothing happened. where can i start this theme in the app whisbar ?

for the first utilisation, you must to start WAD2 (wisbare advance desktop 2) in the start menu/ programms and click on wisbare davance desktop 2.
And them, WAD2 is starting, a blue theme appearing, now help you of manual.
