TIMER PROBLEM....plzzzz helppp

i've got IMATE JAM(HTC CHARMER).;..i've got a password on tht.....but whenever i turn on my imate...it doesnt accept my password...and instead start a timer starting its counting backwards from 4096secs......d timer ends after many hours....but doesnt accept my password at the end and again starts d timer 4m 4096....i dont know whats d problem....how 2 hardrest it......i cant go into d menu.....plz help....plzz....i m in big trouble....

I would recommend a hard set, however if dear Mods or anybody have any other solution will post it here soon, just be patient.

i've tried different hard reset methods ...but i m unable to hard reset it....i my b wrong in hard resettin d set.....HOLD DOWN D POWER BUTTON AND PUT A NEEDLE AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT HOLE......but i doesnt gve me any response...wht should i do...is there any other way to hard reset it....i m in big trouble.....
