Change IP (Local device IP) ? How ?

Good day all

I fed up to try changing my IP address.
when I tried to play (Warefare, or Orions) via bluetooth or Wi-Fi appear my IP
as follows : 127.0.0.1
I tried to change it but no way.
all multiplayer games read it like that 127.0.0.1
and the second PPC is also have the same IP : 127.0.0.1
so I think this is why the game can not start at all.

at (Warefare) appear an error message (Connection refused)

and at Orions the two devices (PPC) no one see the other.

please guide me guys !!! :(

Hey Guys I managed to play over the Wi_Fi ....
but the bluetooth not yet..
(if any one want to know how to play using the Wi-Fi I'm ready to help!!! :) )

U follow this path
Setting\Connections\Wi-Fi\
change to "Network Adapters" tab
Tap an adapter to modify IP setting.

I followed it before but I don't know what to change. :confused:

(I modified in "Bluetooth Pan Driver") :rolleyes:

appear three IP text boxes :

O: Use server-assigned IP address
O: Use specific IP address

IP address: (ـــــ.ــــــ.ــــــ.ــــــ)
Subnet mask: (ـــــ.ــــــ.ــــــ.ــــــ)
Default gateway: (ـــــ.ــــــ.ــــــ.ــــــ)

I tried to enter some numbers but the game can't read the new IP, it appears
as (127.0.0.1) too.

I don't know the reason till now. :(
