HTC Touch HD (ORANGE) Problem

Hi this is my sixth HTC Touch HD with orange the first two overheated and the last four have had the same problem, they won't switch from phone kepad to any other input mode.

I have spoken to HTC direct and the told me that they know about this problem as orange have put some other software on it causing the phone to do this.
Is there any other way for me to get round this problem.

well if ur brave then i recomend using hardspl and flashing either a official HTC branded rom or a custom

if you read the balckstone wiki section and the rom develperment stickie this will tel you how if you need any help either reply here or send me pm
