I know there's no cookers for the Excalibur, except me.... If anyone wants to take a crack at it before I do, be my guest. If not, look for a new ROM for the dash with this stuff in it, SOON.

I downloaded the rom, and I think that it is only an English ROM (409).

Are you sure? Usually such ROM make multilingual.

This ROM, by a photo, is very similar on 'Rose' ROM. Who can tell me, thats langs included in this ROM?

I need some help. I have the HTC Maple/Snap/Captain latest rom from Tmob... I need someone with seasoned experience in ROM dev to remove a timebomb in the ROM. I can give instruction on the hex values to change but I just don't have time to do this. If someone will PM me I can provide a one time link to the ROM. All I ask is that the timebomb be removed this weekend and the ROM returned to me clean. If someone can help me then you'll have a clean ROM to hack to your hearts content.

I think that with a simple Hex Editing with OS.nb, we should be able to extract the XIP...

Try my XIP, I PM you the link. I managed to dump it with XIPport. Send me some feedback if it works.

I dont think we're on the same page. What I'm offering is the full unreleased rom for the HTC Maple for disection to the Excaliber. The rom link I provided is not a cooked ROM.

This is version 1.08.531.3. So this one is newer and without time bomb!

The provided here is a full Captain/Maple/Snap ROM, which is not ported to Excalibur!
So I guess we are on the same page.
All that has been done is that this one is extracted into OEM/ROM/SYS folders!

I JUST ported this xip to my amoi E72 device
and my OEM have some problem with sys newer than 20000,so i didn't port the sys.

man I moved on from the Dash to the G1, and I miss your ROMs...and I hate that my sister (the new owner of the Dash) doesn't understand the phone...
