is it at all possible to get nuekernel put into a .cab file? i used it in a WM6.5 build and loved being able to disable the camera, i never use the camera anyways and i would like to extra memory.

i went back to dcd 4.1.2 and would like to use nuekernel.

I suspect that has to be cooked into the ROM.

That said, I wouldn't mind seeing some instructions on how to cook nuekernel into other ROMs...

I suspect he would object to ripping that out and cooking it in, but you could ask him? This was the case with a recent rom where someone used a portion of his software (I won't say names) and renamed his work, but the binary was still signed by him. Careful because he does amazing work and really does deserve appreciation, if it stands alone that is one thing, but if it is tied into the software and firmware he makes and you rip it out, at least give him credit where it is due.

It does have to be cooked in with it. NueKernel is part of the XIP (nk.exe specifically) which is ONLY in the XIP. You can cook it in by replacing your XIP with a nuekernel XIP (make sure you have the right version, if not, you will have to port) Then you can cook in the neuKernel CPL as an OEM. Don't forget to use the no2chem HTC Titan Camera as well, otherwise if you try to use the camera with it disabled, the phone will lock.

No2Chem did a wonderful job with this, mad props to him :D
