Windows Mobile 6.x update for GER T-Mobile MDA Vario??

don´t laugh...
i´m searching for an upgrade/update for the German T-Mobile MDA Vario 1

actually it´s running WM 5.1.195
i want a newer one...
i´m searching for WM6 or higher

i don´t know what kind of G1, G3, G4 or what ever it is...
