View Full Version : bluetooth issue in kavana's rom any help

hey i am kinda new here
n wanted abit help of kavana's rom

its the bluetooth transfer prob.... i posted it on the original topic but wid no response... (hope im not breaking any rules)

the bluetooth transfer rate is very very slow

the transfer rate is 10.5 KBs (according to resco explorer) its the same with file explorer as well

i am a novice when it comes to rom n stuff so any suggestions

Please do not start a new thread just because you have not been answered in 24hrs, yes it is against the rules to double post.

BT is notoriously slow in WM devices and do you know what the data transfer rate was before to comparatize?

sorry about that,

yeah i had WM5 before upgrading to Kavana's Rom.

I cant give you the exact speed but the BT transfer was reasonably fast in Wm5. (didnt have resco explorer im wm5)

I would say that you are thinking different because you are seeing a figure layed out infront of you... As i said BT is notoriously slow and only really useful for small files.

iguess there is no way to speed up transfer

No way to speed up, have always thought bt transfer to be slow "that's why my comment about sudenly seeing a transfer rate", as when using n73 the speed is quadrupled, m8's always get anoyed if after a ringtone off me as it takes yonks...

can u tell me the difference between kavanas rom and the rose version??

n which is faster n stable?

RoseROM is a newer build ported by NRG from the HTC Rose.
Differences:
RoseROM has weather built in newer panels choice between 4 homescreen as can have the classic homescreen too.
Stability:
I would say that Kavana is more stable as specifically for phone rather than ported as the HTC Rose specifications are better than the Dash.
