hi for everyone..today i've tried to open the camera for snap some photos but if i try to enter, the device freeze..so i must press the red button for close the app...why there is this problem.? what are the files that are correlated to the camera software and where are they collocated in the telephone.? in the case where i have to see for find those files to replace.? can you post here the method for solve the problem and other tips.? is this a frequent problem.?:confused::confused:
i don't use always the cam, but if there is a bug i would try to solve it...

dude just download this htc camera software and install it will solve ur problem

I downloaded the file and extracted it to my storage card.. but can't find ".cab" file to run the software..can you help me out in installing software?

touch viva's camera is really fucked. i have another phone htc3400 having same 2 mp camera but its nice then htc viva.

Just open the back cover, use your finger to tap gently on the surround of the camera, then start the camera soft, then tap again again, until you get the camera back.
Beside, avoid to use the magnetic carrier bag, it have bad affect on your camera(I think maybe every the cover close, it "tap" the phone, and this cause the camera fail to operate properly, or maybe the magnetic itself).
Try and post your result.
