internet sharing via usb ?

hi,

I used to be able to use my mogul as modem so I could sruf the web on my laptop from the road...I made the reg changes to make it possible under WM5.

I upgraded to WM 6.1 ROM today, and I'm no longer able to get on the internet using the phone...

is there more reg changes I need to make or did they do away with this ?

well - I was able to get this to finally work using the same registry changes as before on WM5.


Question:

Is it still safe to use internet sharing on WM6.1 without sprint finding out you are using the phone as modem and charging the $40? ( i rarely use it)
