Customizing quickmenu icon

This is the last icon to be skinned to complete the taskbar icon sets, but now it seems everyone is busy converting taskbars to suit win 6.5 users. Wouldnt it be better to finish the set therefore making it easier to convert the whole taskbar to 6.5 instead of swapping one project for another??

the windows directory has these files within the read only system files. I tried to simply colour them and copy them back to the directory and soft reset but it doesnt have any effect.

Why would these files be here if they didnt serve a purpose??

any ideas??

I have replace "taskservice.dll" by another one and the icone in taskbar disaspear so i think it's in this dll but i have not try more.
