Just re-install nueNoBar, maybe it helps, but normaly taskbars don't affect bottom bars - those are two different things.

After seeing what kind of taskbar this is, why would you think that it would work on 6.5.1 with the bottom bar? It's not made for that, it's for the old style taskbars only. 6.5.1 uses different files for the icons.

Yes, it's 6.5.1, but I haven't find any taskbar for this WMobile version :(

icons for 6.5.1 require a complete reworking. cause alot of bottom bar icons are also present in dlls. i did start the work for 6.5.1 but looking at changes in dlls every other build, its a waste of time. so till a stable build version is out with no more changes in dlls, i am not sure to start the work on it. but i read somewhere that tsowen has already started the work on it.

Hey guys. I want to ask you,how can I make this taskbar non-transparent/solid? Transparency decreases my bitmap quality. Actually I want to use WkTask and the bitmap should follow the edge of this utility. I made my bar of the colors picket from the edge,but transparency degrades them.
Next thing...Can I disable default battery icon and program label(in this case I see the rest of the application name behind the border?

On their newer 6.5 devices, AT&T has included a DLL for the signal bars that has allowed the number of signal bars to be increased from 4 to 5. It may also be possible to include up to 6, but I'm not sure. The file is GSM_RSSI.dll, and I've included the relevant registry for it below (these settings were actually found in the OperatorPkg rgu file):[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps]

1st of all if u need to change the icons then u have do the same process as to chreating your own taskbars.
2nd temme the build ur using? you can change the start menu icon as well but cannot remove it. u can use a transparent icon to hide it but u cannot remove it.

The taskbar looks great and works, but now Active Sync does not work...it just doesn't start at all and I can't sync with my PC.

I am trying to explore if it's possible my diamond shows me a transparent taskbar while tunning sense2.1.
I am using the classic sense/hero colorfull background and it would be need if i can change the plain black taskbar into a sense taskbar as if it is one big background.

Good morning do any of taskbars work with CDMA and return the 3G symbol that Verizon now uses? Sorry for the noobie question but I know nothing about skinning a task bar and all I am wanting to do is return my 3G symbol to my TP2 after updating my phone to MR X custom ROM. I have the dll from the stock rom that contains the 3G icon as I extracted it before I updated the ROM. I was able to get the icon back by installing another taskbar skin, but the bluetooth icon doesn't show it is connected in the taskbar when it is.

The only way I can it is connected is by clicking on the taskbar or watching the taskbar BT icon flash quickly on and off. I read this post quite a lot and searched the entire board to lead me to where to a solution. I am out of ideas. The closest I can come is that one of previously installed taskbars screwed up windows so that this functionality doesn't work anymore.

Does anyone know where and how the BT icon is switched from connected to on but not connected. I have looked at the shellres.192.dll, but I am not sure what to look at. I know I can flash my ROM to a newer one, but I am not ready to do that since I have a number of things on my phone that are not backed up at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.

there is a package in ext called taskiconmanager. include that if you dont have it already. it covers all the extra icons.

I am sure that I am not looking at everything that controls the taskbar, but I cannot seem to find the taskiconmanager you refer to. Is it in the download package or something inherent to windows? I am still confused with how windows mobile determines the change from BT headset connected or not. I think if I can understand how the process works I can figure it out.

All I know is that since I installed some custom taskbars, none of them seem to show the bluetooth headset connected. That is not just coincidence. Most people would probably just flash a new rom, but I guess I am just a little stubborn to fix this myself. Thanks.

I am running TP2 with 6.5 Stock Sprint Rom...installed sdkcerts like always and someone else's taskbar...when I take the phcanOverbmp.dll and edit it myself with ResHack and resave the dll and replace it in windows it loads a default taskbar when i reset...if i rename the backed-up dll and reset then it comes back with the custom taskbar. Am I saving the dll file wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Also I have the registry setting modified like in post 2 or 3.

I had installed the AHEN 6c taskbar all task bar ok but the pin pad a bit weird which can't really see the number well although I could input. Any one know how to fix this pin pad error and which .DLL control the pin pad.:confused:

If i start with the shellres.192.dll from tsowen 6 wm6.5 taskbar, unsign, edit some icons, resign using msigner and then copy to the \windows folder, upon restart i lose start button icon, signal bars etc, any ideas what i am doing wrong?
