GPS sw Challenge: Offline driving directions

Overview:
1. T-mobile Dash w/ Rickywatts Rom 080408 Winmo 6.1 w/ 8Gb SDHC
2. Have Columbus v-900 BT GPS
3. I do not have T-mobile's data plan

Trying to accomplish:
Would like to find sw that allows me to get driving directions w/o needing to have an internet/data connection. Free sw would be nice but also willing to pay. I want the offline func. b/c I don't really have a need for the data plan & there's many areas I still don't get coverage.

I tried MS Streets & Trips 2009, but it neither .cab would install (1 ea for Winmo v5 & v6). Delorme Street Atlas 2009 .cab was incompatible w/ the HTC s621.
