upgrading trouble...

so im trying to upgrade my phone to kavana but it wont work. no matter how many guides i look to none of them will work. so can someone help me?
i unlocked it and everything and tried RUU_Excalibur_WM61_Kavana_080408_WWE but didnt work...help!!

all of them. i unlocked, ran ruu and followed the steps but it wont work. i get an error.

when you say unlocked do you mean sim unlocked or app unlocked. also are you using vista?

and what error do you get and when do you get it? im assuming it happens on your computer

Go to RoseRom Remade and in first post look for link stuck @ 3% use the files located, then try to update :)

Doesn't matter if it's 3% thats's just general. "try the files again as it doesn't always run properly first time"

Am searching for posts error 260 have you rebooted comp tryed differeent usb port?

1) Clean Storage in Accessories, hit 1234, and let it do its thing. If you have a sdCard, remove it before doing so.

2) Attach the phone to ActiveSync, unzip SDA Unlock, run it, once you unlocked the phone, reboot it.

3) Once the phone re-connected to ActiveSync, paste the SurrealAppUnlock into the phone, open the cab and install it.

4) Now, if you want to run Kavana's, do the following.

5) Open USPL-CID Bypass, once the phone is in Bootmode as in, white screen, run the RUU. Once it restars, let it load and then you can reinsert your sd.

Have you gone into your USB settings on your phone and unchecked "Enable Advanced Network Functionality"?

It don't matter...
ROM Flashing is extremely complicated and only few of us were chosen to be able to do so... and so he can only send me his Dash... he will then be free of such worries. :D
