help stuck in bootloader

right i have the g3 model with a german rom on so i wanted to upgrade i'll tell u what i did, 1st off i put fone into bootlader mode then run the rru for the hardspl, that said it had done so then i did the exact same thing to put the shadow 1.0 rom on and when it completed it wont come out of bootloader mode.... any help????

oh also dont know if this helps when i was flashing it didnt come up with any info in the rom version for my phone?

UPDATE*** just run the hardspl on the bootlader screen and now when it boots i get the qtek splash screen? but nothing else

Ok. i had the same problem.. SO wot i did was to redo all the steps of flashing a rom. I did the hardspl all new... and then flashed a radio rom... nd then wm6.1 ro m of my choice it worked :);)
