Now i have tried setting HW port to COM8 and baud 57600, and the programs one to COM6, and i checked "manage gps automatically" in external GPS settings.
Google maps still cant locate me, even if i stand outside on my porch.

the very first thing you have to know is ipaq 61x internal gps is slow to get siginal in cold and its performance is very bad in indoor, so don't waste your time trying to test indoor, the very least conditon is you place it near window but you would better off test it outdoor in open sky. The first time you use your gps it can take as long as 5 to 10 mintues but later should be much better
In gps viewer, try com 8 and and open gps to see if you can get any message back

I remember that I've used COM6 and baudrate 115200. My GPS runs smoothly.

Looks like my problem was impatience, when i left my device out on the porch for 5 mins the GPS viewer had a signal, IGO was a bit buggy disconnecting and connecting again, but i'll try it out tomorrow with no obstacles around :)

Hi Guys agains
I have tried many times as you have said above about config. The things is ever never succeed indoor.Outdoor, couple of time found signals but waited like 30 minutes.
Do you have any appl. or what ever in order to increase signal receveing

You can try to go into power settings and remove the check that stays: Turn off device after 1 minute, and then leave your device out in the open and let it get a signal.
