Help required with HTC S620

I have just been given this phone.... but its got all the BT stuff on it and I need O2 stuff!

I can use my sim card and make phone calls etc but I cant connect to the internet because it tries to connect to BT.

I understand I can do something about this but it sounds complicated! Can someone help me in baby steps please??? :)
