manilla 2d on touch cruise??????

Hi is there anyone who got a direckt link or cab for completely install of manilla 2d on touch cruise?? I have tried many cabs but can not get it to work properly. i am interested in a total cab hvo does all the installation on my cruise.Wich files needed,and Where to download them.
CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A TUTORIAL HOW TO.
MAYBE I AM STUPID ASKING THIS,BUT I AM ASKING KINDLY

Direct link:(IOLITE M2D.zip) you have few cabs in this zip file just install the iolite take 3 first then the rest

i install "iolite take 3" first and then i install the others without any particular order? this is what i should do even if i don't already have an older version of m2d? thank you in advance

Can any one help in fixing this issue. I have a polaris plashed with Manila 2D but whenever I try to install my copilot7 software I get a message "you are not allowed to install this version of the software on this version of windows"!!!!:(
