you'll need to install phonecanvas to make video calls, but i dont recommend it since it will produce ring delays, too much ram usage etc... if you use them much stick with wm6.1 until new wm6.5 is released.

I'll release next version when a new build is leaked and it will probably be the last one i make in english... since i already support 2 roms (one with wm6.1 and another one with 6.5) in spanish and taking care of 3 different ROM's is too much and i dont earn anything.

For next release i'll also stick with wm6.5 default taskbar icons so everyone can put the ones they preffer.

Please man, stick to this ROM. Your ROM is by far the best, in terms of speed, stability, storage and tweaks. You have the mark of a pro, which is a rarity. I can tell you have cooked your ROMs with experience. I know this will sound harsh, but couldn't you give up on the 6.1 ROM as it's going to die out in the coming months. It is my personal opinion and that is not order to him to make it like that. My proposition is because The Finger Keyboard supports more language (including Bulgarian) and this is the reason. I like EZInput as well but Finger Keyboard covers EZInput's language pack and adds more. If I am wrong than I am very sorry. I do not want to offend anyone.

yes why loading least to long was dump question, but closing was weird(everytime it frozed) and it frozed few hours ago during today setting than during opera i tried hard reset and now it works pretty fine for sure im synchronizing only contatcs and sms archiving on the web(dont tell why i just dont want to delete it:-) ) therebefore i was a little lazy for archiving .
But i just posted it because my last original rom handled it with no problems so it might be a bug or something

This is because the rom uses the native windows mobile dialer. The bluetooth icon was a feature in the HTC dialer or phone canvass which you can install seperately. However you will lose about 9Mb memory and the phone won't answer imediately. This was exactly the same on WM 6.1 Roms.

Files recived with bluetooth will be stored at \internal storage\ archivos recibidos , you can change that in Obex Inbox (settings->connections->obex). Also change the language xD

Excellent rom. Fast and reliable. Now working for it for 2 days. The only thing as mentioned before is the in call sound control. The sound is so loud. I have to keep the phone at a distance from my head. Even if I set the sound level on minimum.

i found the solution for opera with SFR, it's necessary to had the user agent in the opera.ini file.

add this :

Just create a folder called PICTURES in the root of the internal memory and place your pictures there. Solved!

Afaik from reading the forums this issue is with Windows(beta) and not the ROM as such. So will just have to wait for future release.

I love the ROM, all installed beautifully and seems to be working all honky dory aside from the few main issues already mentioned.

Had to laugh at everyone complaining about the taskbar icons in A release then complaining again in B release.. Cant please them all unfortunately.

search your city using accuweather.com and check de address bar. At the end of the address you wil find something like this: "EUR|IT|IT007|ROME". Use this code and it will work

i wake up in the morning and the batt is still half empty and i cant get it unlocked..
if i soft reset all is ok.. batt is full..

The little nag where e-mail and sms are only recieved when the device is turned on (read: not in stand-by ;)) keep me from using it all the time (oh, and the CallerID, but I can see past that) :)

This is where I got the Tachi volume from, its under shaks extra cabs, S2U2 which Im using now is in the development and hacking thread.

I've a strange problem: when I power on my diamond and I insert PIN code, the connection starts automatically...
I've checked and I don't have any automatic email fetching (outlook, hotmail, gmail), or programs update...
titanium weather is set with 0 on udpdate weather or forecast...

sometimes the connection icon is white and wm tells me that the connection doesnt exist...
to solve I've to switch off the radio then switch on...

I tried the hallengreen cab on the 6.5A rom and although it did restore the bubble volume control, the volume down button stopped working operating volume up. The only way to lower the volume was to bring up the bubble and lower it on screen.

I use resco explorer and i had to untick hide system files to see preinstalled links.

Theres no point mate the rhodium notifications dont work with 6.5 yet, the bottom bar seems to cover the bottom of the notification ;)

active sync always disconnects when your device goes to sleep, even on 6.1 roms, just go to the power settings n uncheck the boxes for when the device is on extrnal power :p

I think at the moment the best way to overcome the phone settings problem is to install some 3rd party apps that access the phone features.

Looks like theres another leaked build (21502), appearently its older than 21215 but i'll take a look to check if its more stable

Ok, here are my first findings on the new 6.5C

- Phone -> Menu -> Options broken (reported already).
- The CallerId is working (I think, tested it a couple of times).
- Recieving stuff while in standby using the 6.5 lock screen works.

One strange thing though (and I saw it on other 6.5 ROMs as well), when you recieve an SMS or something and turn on your phone and want to press the slider to open the recieved item at once. The notification sometimes disappears and your left with the normal slider :-\

So far for me, this ROM is an improvement over the last (because the CallerId and recieving bug were most annoying)

here you can find the taskbar icons, i'll try to fix that bugs but i guess a new build will leak in a week or so.

I tryed the phone settigs with 21502 build and it doesnt work correctly, i can't change the ringtone and cant close the form... so its kind of pointless to fix the one in this version xD

the keyboard thing is a problem of this build.. but oh well, this are all leaks of beta versions so of course they cant be perfect..

I've 6.5b and sometimes I have this problem:
when the phone is locked with the 6.5 original screenlock and I receive a phone call, all the buttons became unusable...and also the softkeys and scroll2answer...
only the end call button seems working...so I had to disable this lock...
I don't want to use s2u2 app....It's any way to make original lock works?

Tested and so far detected only one problem: cant manage to open Voice Command using bluetooth headset/wireless stereo button. Works using Diamond button (Hold), but then the output of VC goes to Diamond speaker.
This used to work in WM 6.1, is this some issue with 6.5 or with rom?

Aside that (and not being able to use portuguese T9), everything else seems to works fine... Testing GPS now.

GPS ok. Everything works great, very fast rom and so far stable.
Only three issues to make it perfect:

can't include portuguese T9
wireless headset button opens phone and not wm configured hold key (in this case voice command)
no video call... snif


The video call issue I know is wm 6.5 fault, although I would really appreciate an workaround.
The missing portuguese T9 I can handle, but I don't understand how some people managed to install additional languages. It's a pain (for my finger mostly :p), but this rom is so fast I could hang without it meanwhile.
But the wireless headtset button it is really an issue, if I cant workaround it, I can't use voice command while driving. :(

Beside that: it would be cool to open htc album from pictures.

IMHO, this rom is the best 6.5 I've tested: stable, fast and functional. Adding Chobit Company SmartLock (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505032) and WM6.5 Favorite People Plug-in (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=506221) makes it very cool.

Probably you already know, but FYI, I've tried this to enable video call: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=502218, and VideoTelephony_Diamond_Swtos.cab makes phone instable (it hangs wm).

I used 6.5B and now I'm using 6.5C2. Bugs that I've noticed:
- sometimes when I have messages/calls that I didn't read/answer there's no "Tap od Slide" information on the locked screen :/ To bad because that is very useful information.
- buttons on bottom bar in calculator don't have any text labels
- when I close calculator, "htccalculator.exe" process still remains running in background - this is very annoying :/
- when screen is locked and I'm turning it on top bar is flashing and text label of "start menu" disappears
- neither v.6.5B or 6.5C2 can open and make zoom in HTC Album for this picture http://www.stronie.pl/mapa/masyw_snieznika(25).gif (2214px × 2508px). In WM 6.1 that wasn't a problem.


And a suggestion for the end: Is there any possibility to remove programs like NoData, PHMRegistry and Search? Instead you could install Total Commander for PPC (it has registry editor) and Advanced Configuration Tool (it has option to disable data connection and many others)? Now the ROM would be very flexible.

What is more: could you remove these programs: MSN Money, Linterna, Google maps, Adobe Reader LE (I recommend Foxit Reader - much more faster), File Explorer, Windows Live, MSN Weather? You could attach *.cab's to install them manually. Or at least could you do it the way that I could unistall these software from "Remove programs"?

guys tell me you know what a keyboard compatible with wm 6.5? I use it the one with the arrows with the normal phone keypad. What I do not go in wm 6.5

Not sure what keyboard you mean exactly bu try this: Finger Keyboard 2 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=501407)

Today, I have tried the 6.5C2 on TD. Again, installation of Spb MS3 is unsuccessful. Same as 6.5C.
However, it works in 6.5B. Going back to 6.5B again.

Also, which icon set do you used in 6.5B, so I can download it.
And a lite version of the ROM is much appreciated as requested before.

I am using 6.5C and it is syncing with Vista PC and Exchange fine.

This is the first 6.5 ROM that I've tried that actually seems to work. It is an excellent build and Makeveral should be congratulated on his excellent cooking!

I'm currently using 6.5b and it breaks the sync (Exchange direct-push) whenever device goes into standby mode (blank screen). I have to re-establish the sync again and again everytime I wake up my device because of security certificates.

Been using the C2 ROM a bit longer, and I must say: I like it! very nice work :)

I noticed on little flaw though, first we had the bug where the device would only recieve messages when it was not in stanby (eg: on). At first I thought it was fixed in this release, but after a little more use I noticed the bug is still there but only for recieving e-mail. Text messages are deliverd right away. Most of the time I hear nothing (only SMS), then when I switch my phone on to check on the time or whatever a flood of email poors in.

Actually the problem with me is that windows mobile device center does not recognize my diamond, I never had this problem before. When I plug the cable and choose from the menu on my diamond internal storage, this function works fine, but when I press active sync, nothing happens the phone only charges the battery.

You will not have the new dialerscreen from the WM6.5 (together with the new lock screen) after you make this change.

I've read something about a guy suggesting a lite version for this build (don't know exactly which post), which in my opinion would be maybe a great idea..

Programs that I don't use:
Internet Explorer (prefering Opera which is included)
Msn Weather
Msn Money
PHM Registry Editor (Task Manager v3.1 with Reg. Editor inside)
STask Manager (Task Manager v3.1 with Reg. Editor inside)
Linterna

You can include them as extra cabs for people who want those appz.

He also mentioned File Explorer? Which in my opinion you don't need to delete, you can always install total commander to do more advanced copying (protected system files) but I suggest to keep this.

When the screen is locked?
Then it's normal I guess..

The circle will flash white but the screen won't turn on when receiving an sms in locked mode.
