Error Message- A Problem Has Occured with AudioManager_eng.exe

[HondaCRF250X]

I was wondering if someone can help me please, I receive an Audiomanager error when I try and play music from the Touchflo menu, If I hard reset the device it plays the two sample songs perfectly, as soon as I load any data onto the Internal Storage that error comes up!

I am using the OEM ROM version 2.03.421.2

Any help would be appreciated
