help, try to upgrade custom rom

please help, i've been trying to update a custom rom for my diamond, a uk no sim lock phone. i've been reading thur many many post and because their is so many related post im lost infact very lost.

I did a hardspl and now my phone is diam100 SPL-1.30. olinex

the rom im trying to use is this
[ROM][WWE][2009.04.10][LAST&FINAL UPDATE] "NATALY". UC Ready. Kitchen

but my diamond are always stuck on 0%
