Can you give detail of your upgrade step?, by PC or SD card? Can you go to bootloader?

also tell us WHICH ROM you have downloaded, with the Name of the Cook and the Description of the Device it was meant for.

There was someone else here a few days before you who flashed the wrong ROM to his Device, effectively bricking it...
