T-Mobile Startlogo trotz neuer Rom

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mein Vario 3 mit der original HTC Rom 6.0 geflasht habe aber immer noch das T-Mobile Bootlogo und anschließend kommt noch das HTC Logo...so dauert der Start ewig....was kann man da machen ?
Kann man die beide weg machen ?

please read the wiki (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Kaiser) and post allways in English.
use the search function as many questions allready been answered
if you can´t english please use any language tool (google) to convert from german to english

If you need a german rom you can flash the official Rom from T-mobile Ver 6.1 http://www.t-mobile.de/downloads/neu/mda-vario.exe

I've flashed my T-Mobile Vario 3 but i still have the t-mobile boot picture, how can i remove it....first i see the the t-mobile picture then follows the htc picture..
