alarm clock / program that starts audioplayer

hey i am looking for some kind of alarm clock that starts my audioplayer at a certrain time to wake me up. best would be the audio tab in manilla.
it only has to be able to set 1 alarm each day and to play the sound via the headset - jack since my stereo is plugged in.

It has the ability to launch a program at a due time (amongst others).
