I am trying to flash a sprint touch to the new 6.5WM roms. The tutorial i used didnt tell me not to "disallow usb connections in activesync". Not knowing that i did anything wrong, i continued to load the new rom. And now my phone is stuck at the "HTC Smart Mobility" black screen *the red numbers appeared and went away".
When i do the power+camera+stylus reset it brings me to the tri colored screen and reads
vogu100 MFG
spl-2.31 CoKe
CPLD-3
What can i do to correct this issue and upgrade my phone or atleast put a OEM rom back on?

Its fine. At the tri-color screen, flash the ROM of your choice.

I did, and it says it completed successfully, but when it restarts after 100% it never gets past the black HTC logo.
I tried flashing NFSFAN's 6.5 21501 V7 GENERIC CARRIER ROM
and
NFSFAN's Custom Sprint WM6.1 ROM 1.12

Those are the red readouts when the phone first boots, it soon freezes after the red disappears.

Wait, you have a Tilt? If so, this is a CDMA Vogue ROM. It's not compatible with the Tilt.

I have a TILT myself, but i have a 2nd line with sprint and have the Touch/Vogue. I am inquiring about a Vogue issue.

Okay well in that case, you have the wrong radio version on your phone. You need to upgrade the radio first. Try running Sprint, or Bell's 6.1 stock ROM, Then re-flash NFSFAN's ROM.

I tried loading 6.5 again and once again after it flashes, reboots, and i do a hard reset, it wont get past the HTC mobility screen. Maybe i am doing something wrong in the flash process....
1) entered bootloader mode
2) ran ruu.exe from the 6.5 rom
3) let it complete the setup, reboot
4) Immediately do hard reset
Am i missing something?

No. Give it some time. I know mine is slow on first boot. Its much faster after the customizations run and it resets.
