I'm trying to do some registry hacks on my HTC Touch Diamond but can't get anything to work. I tried installing PHM Editor but keep getting this error:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
I'm running Windows Vista so I do not have ActiveSync, so that won't work out for me either. I tried getting Windows Mobile Device Center but that doesn't notify a connection with my phone when I plug it in, it just says "Not Connected" whether I hard disk connect or activesync connect.
So how do I go about installing a registry editor on my computer so I can do some registry hacks?
