anybody found a way to increase the number of program shortcut icons which is by default 9?

anybody found a way to increase the number of program shortcut icons which is by default 9?By default the number of shortcuts is 18. It only shows 9 but you can scroll up to see the other 9.

You dont increase the number of programs in program tab, you ad another brogram tab with unlimited number of programs. (If you dont want to have 2 program tabs you can always hide the original). But to add or remove programs you have to do it with notepad from an xml file. I have both of them. Look the photo

I have another problem with the program tab :-(!
I fill the 18 tabs with my favorite programs but then i got on the screen more than 18 tabs. The new tabs I cannot use for more programs, they only are there without a function.

How can I delete these (now maybe 5 more) tabs???
