I'm cross-posting this at ppcgeeks.com as I respect the geniuses on both sites...but I've changed up my request a bit.
Please help a newbie...I'm hoping someone can post all the phone-related registry settings from the stock ROM (I can't imagine this would vary much from carrier to carrier or GSM to CDMA but I could be wrong) so that I can try to restore my phone's settings. I updated my phone yesterday and everything worked fine, but I missed it up.
I need all of
HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\
plus
HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\
I think that's everything...
I moved my ring tones to Internal Storage, updated the registry to reflect the new directory, and now nothing works correctly except for system sounds. I hosed it up worse by reversing everyting I did - now I have no ringer. In Settings & Notifications I have no options for Phone:Incoming Calls, although the phone does ring the Standard ring tone when I dial it from another phone. Ugh. And I cannot associate individuals in Contacts with unique ring tones.
