Expired software..

I hope this is not considered piracy/cracking, but I bought a medical software (called uptodate) a year ago, but now has expired. Very expensive to upgrade to newest version however is VERY useful for me. The way I'm using it now is by changing the date on my phone to a year back and then changing it back to current once I'm done. Is there a way to have this done alone every time I launch and exit the program. If this is a wrong post please delete...

Sounds like piracy/cracking to me. So 1) But the software or 2) Hope you can find (and DONATE!) to a dev that can make a similar app for you.
