3D Driver in new ROMs

I was just reading randomly around the WWW when I came upon an issue with HTC TyTN II's 3D rendering capabilities due to lack of drivers that were supposed to be provided by ATI (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tytn_ii#Video_driver_issues). I landed on a page called HTC Class Action (http://www.htcclassaction.org/driverprogress.php#update_20081009_1 (http://www.htcclassaction.org/driverprogress.php#update_20081009_1)) and there seems to be some development that took place there up till last year. The bottom line I found there was that all new ROM already have the driver.

Is this true?

Most chef's either include the HTCCA Drivers or the Samsung drivers Sakajati found.

But it's each to there own, so you'll have to check the each ROM's thread or ask in there to be sure.
