problem on hp rw 6815

i have hp ipaq rw 6815 but when i upgarde this pocket pc the Remained in the picture

try to reflash but when putting a rom file into microsd / minisd use external USB card reader these in laptops have some odd tendency to loose files ! when card is removed too early

Tried HP official rom ?
