Go to your private messages then edit sig and you can add it

Yes indeed as Orb3000 says, but choose edit Avatar.

What you have done so far, is upload a profile picture, not an Avatar.

You can also go to User CP on the brown bar near the top of the page to add it as well.

Really i'm sorry, cause i didn't look with attention for options in control panel, i behaved like i'm first time at some forum's control panel :) , totally like amateur :)
