The Manila ROM should be up in about 20 minutes or so. I'm going out now though, so I won't be able to say when it's up.

If there are bugs, can people please specify which ROM (language, whether it has manila or not) as that will make things a lot easier to fix! :)

hangs during first preparing your device screen...had to soft reset... go through the orange first use screen...then ok

Last thing, you cannot enable phone mode but the actual phone thing is on so you can get sms and phonecalls but you cant send SMSes

Yeah, I did all my testing with the WWE rom, the most serious issue was not being able to get calls though, my GF called like 5 times and when I finally met her she was pissed as hell. lol :D

Alot of potential here, but I kept getting lockups. From installing apps to just turning the device on, it would lock up.

I have to say that with some quick video benchmarks, I was getting 8% speed increase, so impressive there.

If it would stop locking up, this would be a great ROM.

Damn... The performance increases may be from the same thing that causes the lockups... It's extendir. I'll cook up something that might get rid of the lock ups and see.

I've got the same problem (ITA version:no manila, no settings) plus another: when I receive a sms, Topaz freeze! Only the power button works.

Imho by far the best I have ever seen here.

However, it's suffering from two severe drawbacks which require to be fixed asap.

1st: camera has lost the zoom function.

2nd: opera has likewise lost the zoom function (can possibly be fixed via the registry).

Those should be relatively simple fixes, I think it should just be registry based.

The camera is actually straight from an HTC Topaz ROM though... Will have a look and see what I can do...

Believe it, or not - now everything is fine.

What happended?

In the meantime I had reverted to the old 6.1 ROM - but the issue did'nt let me sleep last night.

So, a few minutes ago I flashed again this fabulous 6.5 ROM and restored all data from a previous backup (with Spb backup).

Same thing, of course - camera wothout zoom.

But now - I opened opera and amazingly the zoom function was suddenly there and -believe it or not - after this little adventure the camera had its zoom function back, as well.

I immediately rebooted the phone and everything is still there - camera and opera with zoom.

So, as far as I am concerned, everything is fine again.

On thing is for sure: from now on I will treat and preserve this installation like a raw egg.

Did you HardSPL your device?
Did you try to rename the .nbh file to TOPAIMG.nbh and flash from your SD-card?

With the other rooms (EnergyROM, Tom_Topaz...) i have no problem to flash it.
And i have make many times... and all is fine.
Only with this XXX.exe, I have this error. :(

2 possibilities:

1) use WinRAR, open the exe file with WinRAR and you will find the nbh file.
2) start the exe file as if you would like to flash. watch the folder where the exe file was in. after some clicks on the windows that the exe file opens you will see that the folder will be filled up with several files, including the nbh file.
Copy the nbh file to another folder, cancel the exe file.

Kopiere gerade mein Backup zurueck auf den Server. Die Dateien sollten dann in Ordnung sein. Probier spaeter mal die Dateien von BeeGee's Topaz File Server (http://www.giesecke.tk/xda/index.php?dir=Old_ROM%2FWM+6.5%2FI3v5y%2F) zu laden.

Just copying my backup to the server. This files should be ok. Check them out later on BeeGee's Topaz File Server (http://www.giesecke.tk/xda/index.php?dir=Old_ROM%2FWM+6.5%2FI3v5y%2F).

You are absolutely right - there the best car's CAME from....
I own some cars out of the Rallye and DTM era...
But since the late '80s / early '90s I couldn't really get into their replacement products!!
And they will never achieve again what they had been in the past!!

I created RAR files that contain only the .nbh files.

Had a S5 for testing for 2 days here in Japan. Speedlimit on the highway is 80kph :eek::eek::eek:

But the car is really nice and the engine is amazing. Of course not the basic racing car like the QUATTRO.

ok i,m hain a problem....i,m tryin to flash this ROM to my touch diamond 2 but not able to do the flash software is sayin my device is not responding i flashes it with the Topaz-HardSPL_V5_00R5

Rename the .nbh file to TOPAIMG.nbh (case sensitive)
Copy the file to your SD-card (on the root, not into a sub directory)
Make sure your SD-card is formatted as FAT32!
Goto bootloader (press red reset button while holding volume down button)
Make sure to release volume down button as soon as you see the bootloader screen.
Flashing should start automatically.

This should work.

Most people seem to be satisfied with 4.49.25.17 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=547276). This radio is coming as well with the yet released WM 6.5 ROM's

That is strange, but I can confirm, the ROM does not boot. Stuck in initialization screen.

I know it was working before. Maybe a problem with the new HardSPL.

I will take the ROM's of my server, they are old anyway.
