i know this is gonna sound kinda dick-ish... no one is going to help you with this. there are literally hundreds of post on this forum detailing how to flash your device. you HAVE to read. do some research. thats how we all learned.

again... this was not meant to sound mean. but you have to read read read and read.

Plus, you didn't say which Rom you were trying to flash onto your phone... there's PLENTY of info about how to do this. Research.
