Ok I have a used 8925. I ca flash ATT rom, but so far no Hslp will work. I get to the screa with % bar. Net I get ERROR [262]. I have tried may difri HSLP ad Unlockers. What next? lol:confused:

Please post in the relevant Hard SPL thread so we know which one you are using and which instructions you are following...

Did you disable USB connections in Active Sync?
