Hi everyone,

I have an HTC Vogue (branded here (NZ) as an Okta Touch)

CE OS 5.2.19208

ROM version: 3.00.718.4 WWE
ROM date: 02/04/09
Radio version: 3.41.00

I am trying to update to WM6.5 but every time I run the application it says:

"ERROR 262: UPDATE ERROR"

And then it goes through a recovery process. It doesn't affect the device at all but I'd really like to know what's going on and why I am unable to update.

P.S. I haven't unlocked it, not sure whether I need to. Also not sure how to.
