Rom Developer Question

I am using buildos for my rom compiler... I got a couple of questions... is there a way to take a cab file and integrate it to the rom as a module (if anyone uses buildos) or is there a way better yet to dump a rom to a buildos after making tweaks and what not to the device (adjusting page or today plugins or what not)

Any info u guys could toss me would be awsome... Thanks in advance
