How to use mp3 file for Alarm in WM6.1?

Hi,which folder should I put the mp3 files to make it available for using in the Alarm of WM 6.1? (I don't want to install G-alarm)

Thanks for your answer, I do the same as you say (copy the file.mp3/wmv to my documents on Internal Storage and /windows) but in notification, when I chose the song for alarm but I can't find it. :(

u nid to convert the file to .wav then put into the application data/sounds there

WAV is too big. How come Smartphone edition can use mp3 files for alarm and PPC can't?
