Hi,
I just flashed the TPC Extreme V3.1 Lite(no manilla) version of your rom and i am stunned by the speed. In your startpost you asked us to report any bugs... Well i found a few.. i think...
After clicking around in this version i noticed the following:
1. start\settings\system\File Dialog Changer
tick the "Exchange Standard File Dialog" box an then "Add". The next page has garbled textboxes.
2. Most of the context menus entries show only part of the text. They are cut off by "..." I think there is room for more characters. Maybe not use bold characters?
3. In accessories there is a M2DC link which is not needed.
4. when i do a hard reset i see the PDA Ultimate bootsceen.. I think you deserve your own.. Your rom is great and has potential..
Regards, RR69
thanks for the compliments :o ok about the bugs....
1. plan to remove file dialog changer or fix before next release(thanks for letting me know i never use)
2. i know about problem with rhodium menu enhancements and im tossing around using different ones next time(stickfigures) like pda ultimate uses.
3. i was in a hurry when i made the lite version lol....everybody said only take out manilla and i never thought about m2dc needing to be removed as well.
4. and yeah, funny you should mention the boot screen...i am in the process of getting one right now  and i dont have pda's in my rom, its because you must have had pda on your phone before you flashed my rom.
thanks for the ideas, if you have anymore let me know ill see what i can do.

GPS never locked signal in google maps
all other functions working
Good job chief, keep cooking your awesome roms
Unfortunatly, I have to second this one :s
No luck with GPS either.. I can't get a lock. (well, I can get one after 45min, but it can't be considered a lock lol) I was using google maps, TomTom7, Navizon, and the other GPS tools found in the lite version.
I searched around, and I found some threads saying that it could be a location problem. In the registry settings, there is a field in wich is defined the location of quick GPS. The default setting is USA. I tried to change it to PT and PTG (Portugal), but still no luck..
I don't know if this is the problem, but as nobody else seems to have this problem (besides latinohot), I'm starting to think that US users don't run into this problem.
If there are non-USA users, pls report if you can ou can't use the GPS..
I was using the lite version when I found this. Just tried the naked version and had the same result :(
This is a real bummer, cause the lite version was just awsome!!

Great new version, getting more and more polished with each version. I tested the last two days, and found no problems. Got rid of the freezes I was having in File Explorer, but it still loaded the menus really really slowly sometimes, like 30-40 sec. Also sitll cannot multiselect files in File Explorer, still had to load my ring/alert tones one by one.
Now that you have a handle on the stability, it is time to start adding some TPC exclusive features. Maybe an animated splash with sound. Or , I know you have to appeal to the masses, but the Diamond theme is done to death, and so last year. New default theme ? Will try to keep thinking of some TPC rom exclusives. All your hard work has really paid off in this new version.
Keep up the full features, and I like Rhodium Menus in bold. They look really cool and I already know what they say, who needs to read " the whole th......"

its weird how gps works fine for me and others, while some say it wont work for them.....has to be a radio issue. for those of you who cant get gps to work, try a few dif radios and report back if one works.

TPC,
Greetings and congrats on a great ROM. Observation on the 3.1 naked, while using the hard keyboard and when pressing "Fn" key and the "Sym" key to get the symbol touch pad, the regular touch keyboard appears rather than the symbol keyboard.
Do you have the same result or is it a bad flash?
Thanks.

Hey Denco,
found a fix for the multi select thing in file explorer, but it doesn't affect the multi select in messages. (Found a cab for that too, but it won't install due to signed certs and stuff.....but may have a way round that too!)
But to get it back in flie explorer, using a reg editor:
HKCU\ControlPanel\Gestures\Touch --- and create the following Dword: Disabled
Set Disabled to 1 and soft reset. And thats it, multi select is back, and as for messages at least you can choose to select through menus! This should do till next release!!!! (...hope you heard that TPC!!) ;o)
@ TPC, keep doing ya thing kid, this is totally great stuff!!

I haven't tried your ROM, but looking at the improvement and am hopeful :)
So far, the only ROM that has Touch Flo and still manage for multi select on messages I have tried is L26's V4 M3D (TF3D). You might want to contact Leo and ask him what he did ;)

Does the E-mail preview work on this Rom, or do you get the "click to view message" on the majority of emails?
The only rom so far that the Manila E-mail preview "ALWAYS" works is Phoenix Rom. Maybe it's not a big thing to most, but it bugs the hell out of me. If it has a feature I think it should work, or the rom is not complete.
Anyway getting of the soap box, this ROM looks really cool and I'll give a try when I get home from work.
Thanks

First of all, sorry for my terrible English! :p
Thank you so much for your ROMs! I saw that your ROMs are better and better everyday and very potential :D But I think you can lift your ROMs to a higher level if:
- The set of icons looks more professional and synchronise (same color, same 2D or 3D...)
- Free RAM is very impress, but I think speed and stable is very important too, ofcourse if the ROM have all of them it would be great!
Thanks again!

The only way the camera is upside down is when you slide the keyboard or if you have a screen rotating prompt. This is also the case with Abusalza's ROMS, and many other cooked ROMs.

I didn't found a list with complaints in the threat (I'm sure I've overlooked but I'm a little short on time...)
I'm very happy with this Rom because it's stable and quick ! But there are a few minor details which are some small bugs:
- When I go with Opera to a non-mobile site (like http://flitsservice.nl) the device will reboot... This is only the first time after a while of not using my browser... When I try to connect after reboot it's not a problem at all...
- When booting the device it's very quick. To quick maybe... I don't have enough time to enter my SIM pincode... So I need to wait for M2D to be loaded fully and set my phone first into Flight modus and change it again to Phone modus...
- SMS messages aren't listed properly. It's random which messages is shown first. I've selected to show them by last received but the change doens't work.
Great Rom and keep on the good work !

First off, GREAT ROM! =D Tons of goodies that I love and haven't seen anywhere else (or at least not in one ROM)
Only major complaint I have deals w/ the wifi. Half the time my wifi will turn on and half the time it wont. I have QuickMenu, try to turn it on w/ that...and nothing. Use Wififofum2 to try to turn it on...50/50 chance it will. Use Comm Manager to try to turn it on...50/50 chance it will. Use the AEWiFiTrigger...less than 50/50 it will turn on. So, yeah, tried everything I can think of and nothing stable. Sometimes if it wont cut on I'll soft reset and retry and it'll work, other times it wont. ::scratches head::
Any ideas????
Guess I'll try out another ROM in the meantime just because it's my dad's TILT (he bought one since he liked what all mine could do over his HTC Star Trek lol) and he's likely to want it back by tomorrow...w/ all features intact =]
If you have any ideas then I'm liable to get it to work then I'm very liable to switch my personal TILT over to your ROM even if I dont switch his. =D
Thanks in advance and great job again! =D

i am removing grafxboost in next release, im thinking it may be causeing the battery to drain. i do use ltx compression and thats one of the drawbacks(battery drain) but you gain around 15mb more storage. next release ill have both compressed and non-compressed for so you have your choice :) about the freezing...i have yet to have 1 freeze and i dont believe anybody else has posted having one either it seems to runnin pretty smooth for me. if anybody else has these issues let me know ill look into it.

Well, I've bought a 2800MaH battery for my TyTnII and I noticed it. It lives a day instead of two... Still, it's better as any other Rom and I don't mind to put it in a charger once a day.

When he meant naked he meant the bare minimum in the rom. MMS wasn't included since it isn't necessary. The naked rom allows users to add what they want with cabs.

The .eMo portion of the radio protocol version (as denoted by "G" upon boot) wraps the screen if you have radio version 1.71.09.01 (denoted by "R" upon boot) installed. "G" & "R" go together and refer to the GSM version. "D" is the OS version.

I upgraded from an old Duffy ROm to this last weekend, I love how easy it makes using your fingers. However I'm encountering an issue where it wants to remain online (networking wise) all the time as a result the batter life is only about a day in my pocket as opposed to the week I was getting before I upgraded and encountered the issue. The last time I checked the networking connection time it was connected for over 11 hours (but had transferred only 8K in that time)
Any idea, I'm not even sure it is the ROM but wanted to ask,

You can try TPC's cab or you can go to the Advanced Configuration app, choose Menu-> More settings -> Connections. Then check the box "Disconnect after" and choose after how much time you want the data connection to be disconnected if not in use..

Also take a look @ The Ultimate Radio Thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393182) you will need a WM6.1 Radio.

I am going to follow the Flashing for Noobs thread but I want to ensure that at the least, my phone functions work. So I am worried about the radio.
I looked at the Ultimate Radio Thread and I am still confused.
How do I know which radio works with this rom and my phone?
My Kaiser is one of the newer one (less than 1 year old).

Thanks so much. Now time to read all about flashing the rom in the noob thread and then give it a go.
One question I wasn't able to get from the radio thread was when I flash the radio if I need to. I read somewhere in that thread that some roms include radio in it. Does this one?

Help please.
EDIT:
It appears that after a while, it will goes away from that screen, but I just get a scrambled screen. please help.
EDIT 2:

Are you flashing the ROM with the SD card inserted inside the phone or is it out? make sure you remove the SD card before flashing.
Second issue, as it sounds like you are stuck after flashing is completed and the phone is rebooting! if that is the case, then try to do a hard reset and let it load. It might have taken longer than normal time to boot your device, maybe because you had many files that needed to be deleted or cleared. I am assuming the issues occur before the customization and before the screen alignment prompts. Also, if you are flashing this ROM again or doing a hard reset, the second you are done and the flash has completed successfully, unplug the phone from the ActiveSync when you get the flash screen that indicates successfully installation, and wait until the phone boot process is completed.

Some thoughts on V4 Loaded after 1 hour of playing with:
LOVE the look and feel of the ROM! It's quick and the interface, icons, and layout of TF2D is just we way I like it! (Home, then peeps, then apps, then texts, etc.)
Problem: The text is cramped-looking. This is acceptable in all instances except when attempting to trim an MP3 for use as a ringtone - the screen is completely unreadable.
All-in-all: A fantastic attempt that is now close to the top of the radar and I'm looking quite forward to all future releases/fixes.
J
Oh yeah: I don't dig the Start button. But, I'm sure there's some way to change that.

Ha....ha how funny is it that people have such different tastes. I flashed this rom this morning also and thought, oh great TPC kept the bold menus, just reduced the text a little, what a good idea. ( I don't use the MP3 trimmer). And I love the start icon, bold new and different. ( and yes all the taskbar icons can be easily changed )
Really like it TPC, everything, the new look (graphics ) and feel. You are really hitting the big time. Fixed the multiselect in File Explorer, added my personnal tweaks, and so far zero issues.
All I need now, is a cab for the new HTC action screen and I am good to go .

Sure. Hit "menu" or any of the other softkeys to bring up the choices like - edit, reply, etc. - and the text there appears cramped together. Still quite readable; just cramped. The text in the MP3 trimmer is not readable at all and renders the app useless. Changing the text size didn't change anything for me.
Small price to pay for a great ROM and I'm content. But, something to look at in the next version.

thanks eric, this may have helped me figure out some of the power drain issue :) try installing this cab and see if it helps....then report back if you can so i can put in new version if it works.
Gave the patch a try as well as the post below (change connection timeouts), neither fixed the issue with the power drain, I pulled down 18% of the battery in 9 hours today, which is about 50% more than I am use to using.

Stuck on HTC screen for like five minutes now...

I use 3.29Hard and never flash the stock rom and it flashed and loaded right up for me.
I have noticed though in all versions of this rom , and I have flashed them all, on initial flash, it does spend a long time on that screen, the first time I flashed V1 I got impatient and hard reset before it continued, the second time it got stuck, I was going to hard reset again, but got distracted, when I came back it had finally continued to boot.
It is just on the initial flash, after that it boots and re-boots pretty speedy.

I am still a flashing noob and your rom was the first I tried. I got real scared because I was leaving San Francisco and driving back to my parents home to Los Angeles for a few weeks and needed my phone so my friend could call me to pick me up. I really thought I bricked my phone. :D
How do I check which SPL version I have? I really want to give your rom a run. After all, it was the one that made me say screw the chances of bricking my phone, I need this rom on my phone. :D
Edit:
I couldn't resist so I gave it another flash and now it works! I got to the "tap screen window," did the hard rest, and now it is working. I am excited to give this a rom a run! I think I am becoming a junkie!

I just had one question, if I install the lite version and then install the programs I use, would it be the same as if the programs were built into the rom as far as memory usage is considered?

Hey TPC,
Just flashed your latest, and once again Im hugely impressed!!
But have found a solution to those wanting the multi-select in messages, but it does require installing a couple of cabs.
The first one is the actual mail client the second one removes the "select messages" menu context, and gives you back the multi select by dragging.
Will upload both in a while, just trying to figure out how to get them past my work firewall!!
But @ TPC, thanks for your hard work, me thinks a donation is definitely in order bro!!
Keep up the good work man!!

Hey guys,
for those of you wanting the multi-select in messages here are the files I mentioned earlier!!
(Yup finally figured a way around the firewall!!!)
First install the mail client, then after a SR install the file named ROMEOS_TMAIL_AKU_1.0.4.ZIP and SR again. After this multi select will work as before!!!
Hope this helps, as this ROM truly is awesome!!!

(Edit - Sorry guys, guess I never got round the firewall after all, will repost the cabs when I get home later!!!)

Well have had the rom for two days now and all is working great, tweaked it and customized it a little and love it. Fufills all my needs in a rom.
One humble request for the next version though, being unemployed ( sucks, lotsa time, no money ) , I am constantly being emailed bid sheets and proposals for consulting work. Being Mr, Mom at present, means I am constantly running , picking up and dropping off kids to scool, sports and activities. Well most of my work is now done on my Tilt.
This morning I was at my son's doctor appointment and I recieved a bid proposal sheet emailed as an attachment. No PDF reader, no Adobe Reader. I was so used to having it on reza's roms and SJ's roms I didn't even think about it. Do you think that you could just add it into your rom base. I will try to add a donation into my next consulting fee.:p Thanks are as I said before , your hitting the big time with this effort, really nice.
FYI , did still get two more freezes in file explorer, no biggee, just thought you would want to Know.

Ok basic run complete. Here we go. It is a real naked rom. Fast, bluetooth works good all around. I did notice that there was no camera at all. On purpose? The amount of ram is incredable. 77.93 at boot. (If we could only get that with 6.5 lol) Overall great job.

Here is an odd request, ( because your rom is running so great I have nothing else to do )
I changed all my taskbar icons to a mixture of kjhadfields square and rickou's arthemus icons. But in doing this, your cool start icon got changed to the cheesy HTC start icon.
Do you have the file or does anyone know the file that changes only the start icon, back to the cool crystal windows icon. Thanks

Have seen that page before and completely forgot about it.
There's 2 ways:
1. The easy way with Total Commander go to Windows Directory find shellres.96.dll & rename to shellres.96.dll.old reboot phone it will make the ROM re-write file :)
2. Have attached .cab had to re-do it as comp a mess but needed a back up :) "Check your about as i have lots of shellres.96.dll to make sure correct"
Or d.i.y like thread sudjests.

Shane.... hehehe... The reason I thought your name was Josh was that while flashing and updating, the firmware title displayed the name "Josh's ROM".
No biggie... In any case ... It is taking a heavy load of programs very nicely. Slowed down a bit but it is very accommodating and holding steady. Mind you, I had to soft reset two times with Informobility Arabic, as this occurs with most ROMs out there.

Downloaded V 5 loaded and doing my customizing now. Still having the freezes in file explorer, but they are worse now. Not prepared to say it is the rom, could possibly be just my phone, even though it has not happened with other roms ( PDA ).
Anyone else having freezing issues in File Explorer, or do I need to need to figure out why it is just my phone.
Thanks for Reader ( which I need ) and Action Menu which is a great short cut screen.

1. in bluetooth options, there are 2 Profile tabs
2. the FTP tab to setup Bluetooth explorer is not there
3. the option "receive all incoming beams" is still check :D
EDIT:
4. after receiving a phone call, the phone option (with the numpad) is up, in previous version, it will not show up

I don't seem to be having problems with file explorer so much as just general freezing of some apps. Also the battery is draining down faster than normal. Think I will reflash and hope for the best.

Denco7... you are gonna like this one. Thats if you get it going. tightest memory ROM... NO LEAKS. Fast and so far very stable. I misplaced my OEM WM6.0 2G Dialer cab. If someone has it please post.
I am running it with HardSPL3.29 and 1.65.21.18 and everything is OK, battery life is not the best but acceptable. Speaker Volume is not the loudest, however it is the clearest. Sat lock in 40 seconds or less outside, and inside my home it did lock in 1 and a 1/2 minutes or about.
Playing music using WMP does not eat up memory; best memory management I have seen so far. Even when you run iGO8, the memory consumption is much less than any ROM out there. I think I am gonna make the jump to this ROM for my everyday Tilt. Of course, with SPBMS3.01 as my OS for now.
I am not having freezing issues with any file.

I have just flashed this oldie but goody radio. The Speaker Volume is outstanding, at least 4 disciples louder than with any other radio I have used. The quality of the music is not compromised at all; no scratchy sounds.
I am using HardSPL3.29 as well.

Flashed 1.59.44.02

thanks asfoor testing the radios :) i just havent had time to do that i will try that one and see how it works for me. i also wanna report on the battery issue. i took my phone off charger at 6am this morning, used my phone all day long, text messages, email, plus alot of talking....just got home and my battery is at 67%. i know this sounds bad, but my battery is stock and almost 1 year old....it didnt do a whole lot better than that with other roms i used to flash. im gonna keep working on tweaking the battery usage, but its kinda like this....a v8 car wont get as good fuel mileage as a 4cyl, but sure is alot more fun to drive :D i doubt this rom will ever be the best as far as battery consumption, but i will promise ya it will always be fast...and with acceptable battery usage. if yall have any ideas for v6 let me know, im kinda out of ideas at the moment. thanks for all the compliments!

it is almost perfect.
I just have two questions, I don't understand what Smart Lock does. I researched it and played around with it, but still can't figure it out.
Is there any way you can add these games (or is there any way I can install them in the games folder myself through cab)? --- Kevtris, Hearts
And is there any way you can change right softkey to E-mail tab or Weather tab since there is already a camera button?
also, i enabled footprints and it just keeps saying Please Wait.
Thanks

smart lock is a handy program, it tells your normal device lock when to engage...i have mine set to "back light off lock" which means when i turn off backlight it automatically locks the phone. you can search for cabs for the games and install yourself now, or wait till next version i will include in it. glad you like the rom!

I have those games loaded ( with many many others , I have four kids ) on my phone, I will upload the cabs.
The soft keys can be changed through M2DC , I have mine set to WK Launcher which short cuts my command functions, suspend, reboot, connection on/off ,screen rotate , backlight of and brightness controls.
The right soft key I have set to HTC Action menu, another bunch of quick shortcuts.
I also am getting the please wait with the footprints tab. I had just assumed Footprints was not added to this rom.

I have tried messing with all the suggestion posted on that issue and
nothing works, I know Abu made it to where you can change it in

Other than that This Rom is the greatest yet.

tpc, i think what he is referring to is how the date is displayed on the m2d home screen. reza did add something to advanced config that lets you choose how its displayed on there, i.e. short, like 5/23/09, all the way up to long, like Saturday, May 23, 2009.

No worries in regards to Footprints. I haven't used it so I was just trying to see what it was about. Nothing special. :D
I have one more question (sorry for all the questions :D):
I noticed that HTCActionScreen has a WiFi and BT on/off button. Is AEWifiTrigger and BTonoff required in the rom for the WiFi and BT buttons in HTCActionScreen to work? Or did you just include as extra options for the user to map to different keys?
Thanks again.

Hey TPC!
Your roms are getting better and that's saying alot cuz they were pretty darn good to begin with.;) I 've flashed all versions except 5 which I am getting ready to do right now.
Question. Is it possible to get smooth scrolling like in Mbarvian's new Solace roms? Am I missing something or is there no smooth scrolling in your roms? I have installed Garmin's smooth scrolling patch which has been kinda hit and miss. It seems like there was a conflict between it and gfx boost. Is there gfx boost in this rom(v5)?
Maybe your rom is so fast it's outpacing the graphics:D! I thought I read somewhere that the gfx boost doesn't actually increase the speed of the processor but rather decreases it so that more frames are actually rendered. I don't have any idea what I am actually talking about, just trying to recall what I read.
Keep up the good work!

its there, use total commander and go to Windows\AdvancedConfig.exe and you will see it....alot of files are hidden in my rom, so you wont see with file explorer only total commander ;) no need to install the entire program again, just install the cab i posted it has shortcut needed and puts it in system tools folder for ya.

I think you might have answered my question, but just to be safe, I was trying to ask whether the wifi and bt buttons in HTCActionScreen would work if aewifitrigger and btonoff were not in the rom.

v5 is pretty smooth for me :D hope it is for everybody else too. i didnt put grfxboost in this version it didnt need anything else i didnt think and i was afraid of it affecting battery drain. scrolling is fastest ive ever seen for me on a loaded rom but i dont install anything else so it may be slower for others with alot of extra applications installed.

Latest SPL and Radio combo with this ROM... 1.70.19.09 and hardSPL3.29. Very acceptable battery life. Speaker volume is outstanding, however sound quality is a little bit compromised, but not easily noticeable, and it is very acceptable. I am sticking with this combo for a while.
Thanks Shane.... Great work... your ROM is one of the best out there. What I love the most is the tightness of the memory... no leaks.
I recommend for those enjoying TPC's ROM to donate to his spare time funds.
just wanted to move this over to the ROM thread so people could see about the radio/spl combination tried by asfoor, it was posted in my kitchen thread.

I am using the v5 rom from day one (great rom by the way!) and i have some questions.
TouchFLO in control panel has four options but the forth is just the selection box, no words. Does it do anything?
I personally use only the old plain Today screen and one of the things i always use is the HTC home plug which adds a row of program shortcut icons in the Today Screen. I found out that you have completely removed it (i had to import the dll and the basic registry structure, easy but boring process).
I think it would be nice to have it in the rom by default.
I use to install a lot of applications and some times they just freeze making the touchscreen useless. Most of the times the only way to close them is to switch off the phone. But in your rom the Power Off warning doesn't make any sounds and the yes option isn't selected by default, so i am not able to do anything. Is it possible to change that pop up?
With every new rom i spend a lot of time searching for and installing many programs. Yesterday i installed tsowen taskbar which replaces the signal, wifi, sound, etc icons on the top bar. But after uninstalling it i found out that your icons where gone too (and they where very very beautiful). Is there any way to get them back?
Is there any way to make the BTOnOff.exe to enable bluetooth and make it visible at the same time? I hate going into bluetooth options every time i want to do that.

I am trying Anryl's latest with SPB and besides the few freezes I am getting once in a while, the ROM handles great. I really do not care for the Pseudo-iPhone looking Start menu, but if the ROM is fast and stable, then I would compromise. if you are cooking a 6.S ROM I would be interested in testing a lite version of it, like the one Anryl has; I added SPB MoShell and it is running OK.

Is there any reason why V5 has HTC Camera 5 instead of the newer 6.8? I am just a little curious. Thanks.
no reason really other than i tried a few others and that one seemed to work the best at the time. i havent tried 6.8, will test it and if everything works good will put in v6.

I just installed 6.5 manilla test release.
First impression is that it's working very good, but I'm not able to connect my device to my pc using a USB cable.
With version 6.1 I disabled the advanced network option in the USB -> PC connection, but I'm not able to find the same option in this rom.
Any tips how to fix it?
Thnx and keep up the good work.

hmm, not sure what you mean....i can connect with my pc with all versions fine  if you wanna reflash to dif rom you can always put in bootloader mode(hold camera and power buttons while soft reset) and reflash from there. sorry you are having this problem but works fine for me.

How fast is fast? What is your usage like?
Advanced Configurator has some tweaks you can do to help improve battery life under power management. Turn them all on, or most of them, and that should help out some.
But these phones are not known for battery life at all. With a regular battery and average usage you should only get a day. If you power use it, 4 hours. If you just let it sit in standby most of the time you can squeeze 2 days tops.

Power usage 4 hours is what I get, but my battery is really old.

I have been playing with it all afternoon, and I really like it a lot.
Had a freeze while restoring from Pim Back up. soft reset, and had a freeze while music was loading from my SD card when I first went to music tab, other than that , no worries so far.

I think that I am aching for a 6.5 rom. but can't wrap myself around chome. I , and sure other manila devotee's , would love a 6.5 with manila.
Seems like a unique and good path. As I said before, Reza's Ulimate V.19 6.5 with manila was his best ever.

Same here... The few times I have run 6.5 for more than a day, I got the lightest one I could find, then loaded up M2D onto it. Last one I really tested was Anryl's 21502, and it worked well, just had a major memory leak.

Having a problem with Quick Menu disabling start, even though in Quick Start options I have it checked not to replace systems start menu.
It happened when I first started using Josh's 6.5 roms. But I think he came up with a fix.

Very nice rom!!!! It is the best wm6.5 rom i've flashed!!!
Only one problem: I cant sync with ActiveSync on my PC
I'm connectet to an exchange server and this works perfect, but i cant sync with my PC.
ActiveSync tels me something like this: "Cant successfully sync ... Try to establish a new connection ..." (I get only the german error message) After this message i can use the explorer to browse the device but active sync says i'm connected as guest. ... i hope this helps you to optimize the rom

I haven't tried any 6.5 roms, but I am definitely excited. Are you going to keep the same programs/applications/games as on your 6.1 V5 rom?
Also, I have been busy doing my paper the last few days so I am not sure if you released an update for your 6.1 V5, but the activesync on my keeps turning on randomly.

the activesync thing isnt as bad as it was in earlier builds, but occasionally it comes on with 6.1 version but this really doesnt affect anything just annoying. about the new 6.5...im starting whole new series will be real close to 6.1 as far as apps but will be diff in a way too.......you will see i love it think yall will too.
