extract treo plugins

I woudl like to extract the simple messaging today plugin from the treo 700wx

i thin it is the following files
windows\tmailtul.dll
windows\tmail.manifest.xml
windows\tmail.exe

with the follwing regkeys

hklm\today\items\software\microsoft\today\items\"Messaging"
ab(default) (value not set)
abdll tmailutl.dll
enabled 1
flags 0
options 0

but I cannot copy the files off of my treo with resco filesplorer
or file explorer because it is ROM

how to get them
