No. The marketplace is down right now as far as I know anyway.

If referring to the Microsoft marketplace coming in WinMO 6.5
there are some cabs (OEM for Kitchens mostly) but it wont do you any good without a beta tester account for it from Microsoft so why have it if you cant use it?
