Help me! I downgrade IPL

I just want to update my Qtek S200 to WM 6.1. But mixed, and took the files to the wizard WM6.1_Wizard_Professional_Rus_PolarLights_AKU_1.1 . Handset didn't power up normaly.:( Then I unlock cid and flash it with RUU_Wizard_1050402_101_11210_O2_ENG_Rus_CID_Button .exe
After that I got completely dead's phone. Clicking on the power button and blinks display and red and blue indicators, the phone is not power up, and not connect to PC.:confused: But powered up and works with the power supply.
Befor update was:
IPL 2.09
SPL 2.20.0000
OS 2.20.7.38
After update and unlocking cid:
IPL 1.01
SPL 1.01
Is any solution?

I update my IPL to 2.18 with ruu_JAMin_213923_2139122_022021_noskype_wwe_ship.e xe soft, but handset don't work, don't power up. May be I erased the calibration data?
