netcf 3.5 BACKWARDLY problem

hi all, i remove netcf 2.0 from my custom rom and replace it with this 3.5 packagae http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=350279 , its seem working fine but some 2.0 apps recailm that netcf 2.0 is not installed, i alredy change this value [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\.NETCompactF ramework]
"3.5.7283.00"=dword:00000000 to 1 but nothing happend :S regards!

You must have both 2.0 and 3.5 .NET CF if you don't want to have problems with apps
